Day of Service Honoring Larry H. Miller

Each year more than 1,100 employees of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies pay tribute to the late Larry H. Miller on Friday, April 26, 2013 by participating in community service projects in seven Western states.  Here, employees from the Spokane Larry H. Miller dealerships had a productive day in the sun.

Employees from Hyundai Spokane, Jay Lee, May Ward, Cori Wilson, Holli Johnson, Teresa Simpson, Tianna Brose, Steve Styren, Brandon Desenberg, Clinton Girkon & Ester Dukes worked at the East Central Community Center.  They helped clean it up by weeding flower beds, sweeping, washing walls, cleaned floors and laid down beauty bark.

Larry H. Miller Spokane dealerships recently teamed up together to present Cancer Patient Care with a donation of $7000.00.  Thank you for the opportunity and keep up the amazing work!

Larry H. Miller, a family owned company, is a very community oriented organization.  We are always looking at ways to give back.

On April 26th, 2012, our dealership went out and gave back with a "Day of Service," partnering with the Catholic Charities of Spokane.  We assisted in doing landscaping at a few selected elderly residents homes.  In addition, we helped clean and organize the Catholic Charities Distribution Center.  (See Photo Below)

In 1998, a group of New England-area Hyundai dealers launched a local initiative to raise funds to support pediatric cancer through the Jimmy Fund at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

What started as a small contribution in a local market has evolved into Hyundai Hope On Wheels®, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Hope On Wheels is the united effort of Hyundai Motor America and its more than 800 dealers across the U.S.
